Our Story

The Noodle Tree restaurant has been 8 years in the making. Over time he has been working on perfecting his recipes and finding ways to simply make what he believes is the perfect and consistent bowl of ramen. His original idea was to open a ramen shop in Dallas, Texas but timing was not in anyones favor. In March 2018 he decided to go out on a limb and start serving Ramen out of a food truck in San Antonio, Texas. Fast forwarding to August of 2018, the Nood Mobile was set up at The Green Lantern Bar in Stone Oak. Within those 4 months there, we had such an amazing turnout and all the support helped lead us to our first location in the UTSA area. In January of 2019 we opened the doors to our very own Ramen shop, Noodle Tree, and never looked back!
